Plucky in-house stylists are happy to assist in finding a complete ensemble. We take joy in learning about your wardrobe wants and needs and carefully putting together a complete look for your daytime run-around look or a night on the town. We can assist you with a cuff or a clutch as well as a cocktail recipe!
For more comprehensive wardrobe needs, Plucky stylists are happy to make an introduction to one of our trusted local wardrobe consultants who can make an in-home visit to assess your entire wardrobe and overhaul an unruly closet.
Tailoring
Plucky stylists are trained to assist in basic nips and tucks to better define a waist or hem a pant leg. We send all alterations to a skilled local seamstress to carefully tailor your garment to your specific needs.
Gift Giving
Plucky offers the opportunity to purchase a gift certificate or we would love to assist in gift selection. We offer complimentary gift-wrapping with ribbon and all of the trimmings!
For our gentlemen callers, Plucky stylists are confident in our abilities to learn about your lucky lady and assist in finding the perfect present. And you will often find we are quite familiar with her prior style history and you’ll come out smelling like a rose!
Of course, should we miss the mark, Plucky will gladly exchange or issue gift credit on a gift selection gone awry.
Returns and Exchanges
Plucky stylists want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Plucky will gladly accept merchandise returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of purchase. However, we are unable to accept returns on hosiery or foundation garments. Sorry, it’s just yucky.
